I have been a member of EBSQart for years now and I never really found a lot of use for it. I have recently checked it out and was happy with the amount of folk art that I found there. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of crap there too. It looks like someone has posted a lot of child's sketches. I guess there is nothing wrong with that but, it ticks me off.
However, I found this lovely artist from cancer survivor Cindy Bontempo of Wisconsin. She is a delight. I love the contrast of color and black in her work. It really jumps off the canvas. She also has a lot of variety in her work that is nice to see. I really love her florals.
